- Facilitate the transfer of information from our customers to the RK Industries team.
- Identify possible problems/issues and coordinate the solutions.
- Prepare/oversee accurate scope letters.
- Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Operations Team from the Pre-Construction Team.
- Ensure that the preconstruction services provided by RK Industries meet customer requirements.
- Direction to the Construction/Design team (internal & external).
- Create scope summaries that clearly define the project pricing and responsibilities.
- Create an accurate trend timeline & pricing that defines accepted/pending/declined trends for the project.
- Explain and define pricing and scope to our clients.
- Be the RK Mechanical representative to ensure that there is a clear understanding & transfer of up to date information.
- Offer solutions and gather information to keep the project scope clear and within budget.
- Others duties as assigned
- This role is salary plus commission
Qualifications
- Company Leader.
- Responsible for one or more programs/functions of such diversity and scope to be of critical importance to overall company objectives.
- Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level employees and officers.
- Plays a role in company business strategy development and execution.
- Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations having significant impact on extensive and related activities of the company.
- Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing and guiding extensive programs and activities of importance.
- Manages autonomous individuals, managers and diverse groups giving broader direction.
- Expert in field, extensive relevant experience, 15 years.
- Masters or college/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally required.

- Prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours, in an office environment (not a telecommuting position), currently located in the Henderson area of Denver, including a reliable means of transport to and from work. Ability to occasionally travel between corporate offices and jobsites within the Denver Metro Area, during work hours.

Minimum Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
