**Job Summary:**
RKW Real Estate management is a property management firm specializing in residential and commericial properties. We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to maintain our financial records.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain financial records and ledgers
- Process accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Track tenant payments and balances.
- General administrative duties as assigned.
**Skills:**
- Bookkeeping experience, preferably in property management, but not required.
- Knowledge in accounting software. Preferably Appfolio but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
