**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning units, work orders, maintenance of building and painting.

**Duties:**

- Perform routine maintenance on work orders

- Troubleshoot electrical issues

- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts

- Keep maintenance logs and documentation up to date

- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs promptly

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role

- Strong knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems

- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
