**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, legal administrative tasks, and customer relationship management, LIHTC background helpful.

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations

- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards

- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

- Oversee rent collection and lease enforcement

- Market available units and conduct property showings

- Negotiate leases and rental agreements

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in property management or related field

- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management

- Familiarity with property leasing processes and Section 8 housing regulations

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent customer relationship management abilities

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication
