Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Monterey Park, CA (100% onsite job)

Duration: Full-Time

Must haves: Must be able to thrive in a start-up environment. Work as the only person on the marketing team in the US (will have support from the team in China for collaboration). Can have experience from different industries but have an interest in consumer electronics huge plus.

Role Responsibilities:

Traffic Boost: Develop and execute strategies to funnel targeted online traffic from various digital channels (excluding Amazon and Shopify) to their e-commerce hubs.

Influencer Engagement: Identify, negotiate, and oversee collaborations with influencers and thought leaders in North America to bolster brand exposure and credibility.

Video Content Coordination: Collaborate with video production teams to create top-notch promotional videos aligned with their brand identity. Oversee the creative process from ideation to post-production.

Content Amplification: Strategically distribute and amplify video content across social media and online platforms to expand reach and drive engagement.

Analytics and Refinement: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and content promotion initiatives, leveraging insights to refine and optimize strategies continually.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, social media management, and content marketing.

Strong networking prowess, evidenced by successful partnerships with influencers and content creators.

Creative flair and content creation expertise, with a knack for producing and promoting compelling video content.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics to gauge the effectiveness of digital campaigns and guide strategic decisions.

Exceptional project management skills, adept at juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to craft impactful messages resonating with diverse online audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
