Job Description:

As a Courier Driver with RMC Logistics Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents to our clients. You will have the opportunity to utilize your own vehicle while representing our company with professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities:

· Safely and efficiently transport packages and documents to designated locations within the assigned timeframe.

· Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high level of safety on the road.

· Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and professionalism.

· Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, recipient signatures, and any other relevant information.

· Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate channels.

· Follow established routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Own reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Strong communication and customer service abilities.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Physically capable of lifting and carrying packages of various sizes and weights.

· Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
