 Responsibilities:

Some duties include, but are not limited to:

• Process incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
• Customer follow up for service and sales departments
• Respond to online reviews
• Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience for every customer
• Manage and track appointment logs 
• Explain the process to every appointment. Give the customer the name of a representative that will be at the Dealership to greet them
• Works with management to follow up with customers to achieve high customer service standards
• Works directly with sales and service departments to achieve excellent returned surveys
• Compile monthly and quarterly reports for management

Requirements:

• Customer service experience a must
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong attention to detail with strong documentation skills
• Excellent client follow up abilities
