RMR Designs, a screen printing company located in North Tampa, is seeking individuals who want to make a difference and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of materials and products
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices
- Confirming garment styles/colors/quantities match expected delivery
- Unload, unpack, and organize items in the designated storage areas
- Staging orders for production
- Operate a forklift to move as needed (training and certification can be provided)
- Package and label items for storage or shipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Perform picking, packing, and stocking duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Experience operating a forklift and maintaining proper safety protocols (preferred)
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and order fulfillment procedures
- Must be able to push/pull large pallets of goods using a pallet jack
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and inventory control
- Bi-lingual [English < > Spanish] a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
