RMS is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is designed for an individual who will start in an inside sales position to learn our products, services, and sales strategies, with the goal of transitioning to an outside sales role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a competitive spirit. This position offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities Inside Sales Responsibilities:

• Learn Product and Service Offerings: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services through training and self-study.
• Engage with Customers: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and live chat to address customer inquiries, provide product information, and close sales.
• Sales Process Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, track sales activities, and prepare sales reports.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with lead generation, appointment setting, and follow-up activities.

Outside Sales Responsibilities (upon transition):

• Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Field Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present products, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive sales activities and strategic account management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Previous experience in inside or outside sales is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in a CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required for outside sales activities.
