What You Will Do:

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and pinpoint potential markets and clients to deliver business growth
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with engineering, accounting, quality, material and production control, and logistics.

What You Should Have:

  • 4-year degree in sales, marketing, or business-related field.
  • Experience dealing with customers and account management.
  • Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or automotive market experience is a plus.
  • Customer-focused, with active listening skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, business writing, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to track changing priorities, customer activities, and sales data.
  • Analysis, return on investment (ROI), competition, new trends, and markets.
  • Negotiation, contract review, pricing and costs, final phase-out dates, and dead stock.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, advance level in Excel applications.
