Ro Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Central Valley team! Ro Health is a staffing agency that contracts behavior technicians to school districts throughout California.

We are looking for a BCBA with the desire to help RBTs in their supervision requirements & development, as well as guide unlicensed paraeducators in their pursuit of RBT certification.

The majority of this role will be focused on supervision in school settings with a portion of remote supervision. You will also be part of our Psych & Behavioral Services team to develop new and creative ways to provide support to students that need us. This position is open to begin building a caseload as soon as possible, with the full expectation of developing full time hours with your caseload.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral issues
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to patient care
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
