Road Ranger, a growing multi-state travel center company, is seeking to add a Director of Food Service to its Operations Department. This position will be responsible for directing and leading the growth and profitability of both the branded and unbranded foodservice categories for the Company’s operations. Qualified candidates will have 10 or more years of management experience in operations, foodservice, food concepts, quick service restaurants (“QSR”) and/or deli operations. This experience should include P&L responsibility, concept development, roll-out and training. Experience with multi-unit oversight with direct accountability for profitability is required for this position. Travel and overnight stays will be required for this position.
