Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis professionals to join our Budtender team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. If you have a passion for the cannabis industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dispensary

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on different strains of cannabis, edibles, concentrates, and other products

- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products based on their preferences and needs

- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked

- Keep the dispensary clean and organized

- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a retail or customer service role preferred

- Knowledge of different strains of cannabis, edibles, concentrates, and other related products is a plus

- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service to customers

- Experience in wireless sales, jewelry sales, or similar industries is beneficial

- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $14.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
