Flexible work location and hours. Minimum Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6PM

Base Pay:
Starting at $60,000.00-$65,000.00 depending on experience.
Compensation paid weekly.
Commission:
Uncapped potential with support of incentives and bonus opportunity based on individual sales performance.
Responsibilities and requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success. Traffic control and safety experience beneficial.
Computer literate and familiar with CRM software.
Update sales and client databases in CRM with current information.
Be informed and knowledgeable in the latest Safety and Traffic developments by attending seminars, events, and training workshops.
Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
Detail oriented and has good time management skills to success in a fast-paced environment.
Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
Conduct in-depth consultations and assessments to understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present proposals and quotes to customers, effectively communicating the value of our services.
Quickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultation, sales pitch, and customer experience.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
Ability to travel Monday-Friday within assigned market.
Available to support local events and trade shows (Some weekends required)
Ability to pass all pre- employment and post-employment background checks, drug and alcohol screening.
