Dispatcher Job Description:

The Dispatcher is responsible for being the main contact for customers and employees while providing exceptional customer service. This position will also be responsible for creating invoices, scheduling maintenance work, and communicating with our technicians regarding the status of their repairs. The ideal candidate will have a background in trucks and trailers or mechanics that can work well in a team environment.

Marketing Job Description:

The Marketing representative will have a strong focus in marketing the businesses to potential vendors and customers. This position will be responsible for maintaining ads, creating and designing campaigns. You will be interacting and corresponding with various companies and individuals in person and over the phone, excellent communication skills are required.

Required Skills:

·Able to work with multiple emails, phone lines, and computer programs

·Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor when dealing with customers or other employees

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and coworkers

·Cheerful and go getter attitude

·Advanced marketing skills, online, in person, and over the phone.

·Able to follow instructions and follow through on commitments made with customers and coworkers

Job Type: Part-time with full-time potential.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekend on call

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
