Responsibilities
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and understand their automotive service needs
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding service options, pricing, and timelines
- Manage service appointments and schedule repairs efficiently
- Create estimates and work orders for customer approval
- Communicate with technicians and coordinate the completion of repairs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing regular updates on repair progress and addressing any concerns
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions
- Collaborate with the parts department to order necessary parts and ensure timely delivery
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Automotive knowledge and understanding of basic vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
