Performance Responsibilities:

1. Maintains a complete and systematic set of records of all financial transactions of the school.
2. Records detail of school financial transactions in appropriate detail according to the Audit Manual and in the AFAS Bookkeeping System.
3. Prepares financial statements, income statements, and cost reports to reflect financial condition of the school.
4. Traces errors and records adjustment to correct charges or credits posted to incorrect amounts.
5. Computes and records cast receipt summaries.
6. Reconciles accounts payable checks with bank statements and verifies bank balance with statements.
7. Prepares a yearly budget.
8. Other duties as assigned

Terms of Employment:

220 days, salary and work year to be established by the Board.

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.

Associates degree preferred
