Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no holidays or weekends. The primary function of this job is to learn our products and assist our customers. This is not a call center position.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Manage customers' accounts within our database
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
• Possess knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company
• A working knowledge of all websites, both dealer, retail and govt.
