Counter / To Go Specialist Job Details :
The Counter/To Go Specialist takes pride in providing exceptional service to our guests. This exceptional guest service is performed while managing to complete all duties of this position and demonstrating strong teamwork.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills with guests as well as with all team members and management. Must be able to communicate well over the phone, providing our guests with clear suggestions and finalizing all calls with accuracy in order taking.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Professional appearance, positive attitude
- Able to correctly count money and other payment transactions
- Work well in a team environment
- Dependable, reliable means of transportation
- Reliable and flexible with work schedule, work days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Able to take direction, multi-tasking, organizational skills
- Ability to stand, bend reach and walk for long periods of time
- Perform opening and closing set procedures
- Maintain stock and inventory control
- Provide guest with assistance in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all working areas
- Prepare food items for guest
- Maintain a customer service mentality at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and food equipment
- Food Handlers Card is preferred but will be required to receive one after employed
