Robert Brogden's Olathe Kia is looking for the right candidate to manage the daily operations and sales. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of automotive sales management experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- potential clients
- Provide guidance and support to sales team members to ensure they meet their targets
- Work directly with customers to develop and improve customer happiness and fuel the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory control

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and retail math principles
- Proficient with all of the company's operating systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and motivate the sales team

Must be able to pass a pre hire drug screening, background check and have a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
