Robert Brogden Olathe Buick GMC is Hiring a Payroll Administrator Near Olathe, KS
Robert Brogden Automotive is looking to add a Part Time Payroll Clerk to it's growing team. Must have 2 years of payroll processing experience. Processing automotive dealership payroll a plus! Experience with Netchex payroll system a plus! Pay range is $20-$25 an hour, based on experience. Monday-Friday no weekends! .

- 8 hour shift Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, semi-monthly and monthly bonus payrolls for 5 automotive businesses (160 employees)
- Verifying employee work hours and payments through our payroll system
- Set up employee deductions and earnings accurately
- Update payroll records regularly
- Process employee benefits payments monthly
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll questions
- Ensure that 1095Cs and W2's are correct and issued to employees annually
- Overflow assistance for Accounts Payable Administrator, when needed
- Other tasks issued by management
Requirements:
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess ability to understand and follow company rules
- This position requires multiple hours of keyboard manipulation daily
- 2 years of payroll processing experience
