We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Billing Invoicing Specialist in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is part of our HVAC provider industry and requires skills in accounts receivable, customer service, and billing functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of invoicing information for multiple entities, creating invoice batches, and handling customer inquiries related to billing.
Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of invoicing information for multiple entities
• Create invoice batches and ensure their correct distribution
• Liaise with technicians or management for clarification or direction on task code discrepancies, pricing, and warranty information
• Seek approvals from Operations Managers on certain invoice criteria
• Process reports related to invoicing and customer accounts
• Handle the mailing and emailing of invoices to customers
• Manage the setup of memberships, handling extensions and cancellations as required
• Process credit card payments and adjustment invoices as requested
• Provide backup support for GPS handling as needed
• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, accounting functions, and customer service as part of daily tasks.
