Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a professional and confident phone presence in all communications
- Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and present data
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all client needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals
- Implement strategies to improve customer service and client relationships
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve any client issues or complaints
- Continually improve knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
- Proven experience in a similar position such as Account Executive or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional customer service skills and excellent phone presence
- Strong knowledge in office administration and management
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and personal integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred
