Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts as well as prospective clients.
• Cold calling prospects and tracking opportunities in a sales pipeline.
• Set meetings with prospects where you visit them onsite to learn about their hiring plans, and contractor/consulting needs.
• Partner with a dedicated recruiting team to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for client engagements.
• Facilitate the interview and selection process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Manage candidate placements, including contract negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
• Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, or account management, preferably within the staffing or professional services industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
