Responsibilities
- Support the Controller by populating spreadsheets with bank reconciliation information
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency when entering bank and accounting reporting information.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records
- Handle data entry of process information as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Perform auditing tasks as required
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to handle assigned administrative accounting Tasks effectively
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) A
- Experience in Bank Reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
