The job function primarily involves accounting assistance, data processing, and document management. This position is a contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities:• Process and confirm invoicing, credits, and returns• Handle accounts payable and receivable • Maintain precise customer credit records and applications• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions for delinquent payments• Perform daily administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork• Respond to inquiries by providing instructions or referring to the appropriate persons• Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and company software• Scan paperwork for various folders and upload them onto the system• Retrieve records associated with requests or inquiries and route to proper persons• Prepare reports by compiling and retrieving data • Interpret and apply instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems• Operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and desktop computers• Assist in reconciliation of customer accounts receivable and matching of invoices in accounts payable
