We are looking to bring on board an Accounting Clerk to assist our team in the Service industry based in Agoura Hills, California, United States. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries.Responsibilities: • Assist in the month-end closing process • Run reports relevant to the closing process • Manage and clear Accounts Payable invoices • Support other team members with overflow work • Process customer credit applications in a precise and timely manner • Maintain accurate customer credit records • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Utilize skills in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Excel to optimize work processes.
