Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure they are current and accurate
- Resolve customer credit inquiries professionally and promptly
- Monitor customer credit accounts regularly to identify any discrepancies
- Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments from customers
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to manage, analyze, and present data
