The ideal candidate will expose 10 Years of strong Leadership and Managerial skills within an Accounting Department.

Responsibilities

• Must have 10 years hands-on accounting managerial experience
• Skilled knowledge of automating accounting and financial processes in the daily reporting systems
• Extract, manipulate and analyze financial data
• Must be able to prepare financial reports, statements and draft projections to execute on a power point presentation for the management and investors
• Budgeting and forecasting, and producing profitability analysis reports on a monthly basis
• Must expose advanced level of Supervisory skills to ensure department runs smoothly and cohesive
• Direct communication with the Financial Institutions
• Diligent and detail oriented as well as the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to drive and propel the team to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
• Strong knowledge of finance, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, cost control principles
• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings domestically and internationally.
• Best candidate for this role would have experience with Private investments
• Exposure to Latin American countries a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Ability to work onsite M-F
• 10 years hands on knowledge of Accounting cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel and word
