Responsibilities: • Assist in AP/AR, Payroll and Bank Reconciliation processes • Utilize Banyon software program for grant accounting and utility billing• Support in the training and development of internal staff • Assist in the preparation and submission of quarterly reports• Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure they are up-to-date • Work on a long-term contract basis with potential for further opportunities • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Utilize ERP solutions and Great Plains (GPAC) for efficient accounting functions • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy in billing functions.
