A high-End Investment firm is seeking an Accounting Operations Specialist. Perks include including above market pay-rates, top-tier health benefits, plenty of work from home flexibility, and other unique perks that their top competitors can’t to provide.Responsibilities:• Monitor firm accounts and post daily cash receipts, including bank deposits, lockbox deposits, electronic transfers and credit card payments for both invoice payments and trust accounts• Perform daily cash receipts reconciliation to ensure all payments are posted timely• Work closely with billing staff to ensure that trust funds are available to be applied to invoices at the time of billing• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by internal staff and clients – for example fees billed and collected analyses, audit reports, etc.• Communicate with clients regarding payment discrepancies; review and reconcile differences to resolve any payment issues• Provide assistance with billing and accounts payable• Assist with other department activities/tasks as needed
