We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Boyceville, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be part of an energetic team, working on accounting software systems including ADP, Concur, and Great Plains. Your main responsibility will be to maintain financial records, process transactions, and play a pivotal role in our accounting operations.Responsibilities:• Process hourly payroll and maintain accurate records• Handle weekly accounts payable to optimize cash flow• Post cash receipts to the accounts receivable ledger• Assist in preparing month-end accounts payable accruals and other journal entries as required• Participate in inventory counts for raw materials and finished goods when necessary• Order main office supplies and distribute mail as needed• Process credit and debit memos and complete credit hold analysis• Administer commissions and maintain rebate accruals• Maintain union employees schedules and set up capital expenditure projects in ERP*Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment. Please submit your resume and call Jordan Lynch at 651-293-3973 for review and consideration.
