The role is a direct hire, full-time role within Robert Half.

Primary responsibilities:

1. Participating actively in transactional accounting roles such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant duties in the interim. Projects could vary from Leave of Absences, Implementations of a new ERP, Clean-ups, Augmentations, and vacant seats.
2. Consistently providing top tier service that instills trust, reliability, and a strong customer-focused approach.

5. Pioneering new paths by taking part in an increasing amount of Protiviti engagements, helping companies navigate their most difficult issues with creative and effective solutions.
6. Pursuing and forging strong relationships with new clients, aiding in our steadily expanding market reach.

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Knowledge in one or more of the following accounting/finance roles: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant, and/or Sr. Accountant.
2. Strong ability to manage and execute complex, high-stake projects efficiently and effectively.
3. Astute attention to detail with a knack for identifying and filling in any potential gaps in service.
4. Proficiency with a variety of relevant software and tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Great Plains, or Dynamics.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly convey intricate concepts and strategies to a diverse array of clients.
6. Demonstrated experience in business development and client engagement.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
8. Eagerness to regularly expand one's skillset through active learning and training opportunities.
