The successful candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Data Entry, and Purchase Orders.Responsibilities:• Assist with planning and designing tasks within the department• Provide data entry support for various projects and tasks• Manage and maintain purchase orders • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data • Perform various accounting functions as required• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) duties, ensuring efficiency and accuracy• Resolve any issues related to customer credit inquiries• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for delinquent payments• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Process customer credit applications promptly and correctly.
