Responsibilities
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of invoices received.
- Confirm vendor information, including W9's, 1099's, banking instructions, etc.
- Key enter invoice payments following established process and audit controls.
- Record general ledger entries for processed payments.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, liaising with internal contacts and outside vendors as necessary.
- Assist with month-end close, including producing accurate month-end accruals and completing other month-end functions on time.
- Support Accounts Payable annual controls audit.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical or other related duties as needed.
