The Accounts Payable Clerk duties will include matching and batching code invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks.Key responsibilities- Provide customer service to internal business partners- Help with internal and external audits as required- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Complete full-cycle A/P- Perform special projects as assigned- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
