The position involves processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and collaborating with the integrations team to ensure a smooth transition of acquired hospitals. Responsibilities:• Process invoices with precision and efficiency, ensuring they are correctly approved and coded• Conduct statement reconciliations to guarantee the accuracy of accounts• Maintain positive vendor relations to ensure smooth business operations• Manage the accounts payable email box, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner• Collaborate with the integrations team to facilitate the transition of acquired hospitals• Utilize Excel for various tasks and reports• Learn and use Sage Intact software for accounts payable tasks• Adhere to health and safety regulations by being vaccinated.
