- Accurately enter invoice details into the company's accounting system

- Handle the process of cutting checks for payments and reimbursements
- Actively participate in learning and growth opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge
- Monitor invoice volumes and prepare for potential increases in workload
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities and tasks without supervision
- Handle incoming calls professionally, providing front-facing support as necessary
- Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform tasks effectively and efficiently.
