Robert Half has an exceptional opportunity for a short-term contract / temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join the team at a recognized company in the Machinery/Worktools industry. The Accounts Payable Clerk will resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, process checks, and match, batch, and code invoices. This Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity will be located in the Zelienople, Pennsylvania area and will be a short-term contract / temporary position.Your responsibilities in this role- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies- Perform special projects as assigned- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Provide support to internal business partners- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required- Execute full-cycle A/P- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
