We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be part of our team in the legal industry, based in Seattle, Washington. This role involves operational duties such as tracking payments, reconciling ledgers, managing files, and improving processes related to accounts payable.Responsibilities:• Monitor all payments and expenditures, including checks, ACHs, wires, and credit card purchases and payments.• Reconcile Accounts Payable General Ledger's and monthly statements.• Manage monthly closing of Accounts Payable records.• Maintain Accounts Payable files and year-end files.• Research, resolve, and communicate issues and discrepancies within all aspects of Accounts Payable.• Implement and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to guidelines.• Continuously improve the Accounts Payable process.• Perform any other related duties and assignments as required.• Utilize skills such as General Ledger, Ledger Reconciliations, Statement Reconciliations, Month End Close, Accounts Payable (AP), Maintain Files, Monitor Expenditures, and Process Improvement.The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.Benefits:Medical/Dental/VisionLTDLife and AD& D401k12 days PTO7 paid holidays 3 floating holidays
