We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client, a small manufacturing company in Buena Park, California. Responsibilities:• Sorting mail and efficiently managing incoming documents.• Posting and paying bills for multiple companies, ensuring all accounts are up to date.• Placing supervised purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.• Managing fixed assets, including tracking, recording, and coordinating the disposal of assets.• Professionally communicating with vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships.• Maintaining up-to-date address information for all vendors, ensuring all records are accurate.• Submitting credit applications for new vendors, following all company procedures and guidelines.• Renewing annual licenses and permits for all companies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry and to manage financial records.• Checking and processing accounts payable, resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
