The candidate in this role will work closely with and report to the Accounting Manager. Other responsibilities include attending to the general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department,. The candidate will primarily focus on matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. Major responsibilities

• Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
• Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department
• Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
• Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
• Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
• Perform full-cycle A/P
• Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
• Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
• Help with internal and external audits as required
