In this role, you will be working in a hybrid environment, handling high volume invoices, managing vendors, and performing reconciliations. You will also be tasked with running financial reports and utilizing accounting software systems including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable and attend to high volume invoices.• Maintain vendor relationships and manage vendor-related issues.• Perform account and bank reconciliations regularly.• Generate financial reports as required.• Use JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks.• Process check requests and perform data entry tasks.• Participate as a team player and demonstrate strong communication skills.• Maintain a tech-savvy approach to work, particularly with Excel.• Uphold the industry standards for accounts payable processes.
