Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounts payable operations in the organization, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot accounting software systems for efficient and effective financial management.
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial processes.
- Handle Concur for travel and expense management, ensuring accurate and timely expense reporting.
- Ensure efficient data processing and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Implement and manage ERP solutions for integrated business process management.
- Supervise the accounts payable team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Handle discrepancies in financial reports and documents, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Oversee check processing, ensuring all payments are made accurately and on time.
- Utilize effective supervisory management skills to motivate the team and ensure high productivity.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with Concur software
- Knowledge of Data Processing principles and techniques
- Proficiency in ERP Solutions
- Deep understanding of Accounting Functions
- Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) practices
- Experience with Check Processing procedures
- Ability to resolve Discrepancy issues effectively
- Proficiency in Expense Reporting
- Demonstrated skills in supervisory management.
