Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly• Monitor customer credit accounts for delinquent payments• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments from customers• Resolve customer inquiries related to their credit accounts• Utilize your skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure efficient operations• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in credit processing• Collaborate with the team to ensure all customer credit applications are handled professionally• Report any inconsistencies or issues to the management promptly• Continuously improve the credit application process to enhance customer satisfaction.
