We are in search of a meticulous and diligent Accounts Receivable Clerk part time 24-32 hours to be a part of our manufacturing team based in Mukilteo, Washington. The role entails facilitating the smooth running of our accounts department by managing customer credit inquiries, maintaining accurate credit records, and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Process and manage customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.• Ensure accurate record keeping of all customer credit information.• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner.• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments.• Work with the accounts receivable team to facilitate the issuance of checks.• Assist in the management of co-op credits and burns credits.• Handle a significant amount of paperwork related to credit and accounts receivable tasks.• Utilize our Syspro system to manage and track all credit-related activities.• Collaborate with the team to ensure the overall efficiency of the accounts department.• Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the accounts department.
