We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role is in the telecom industry and will involve maintaining and managing the financial records of our customers, specifically related to credit and payments. This is a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Managing customer credit applications and ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently• Maintaining and updating customer credit records on a regular basis• Resolving any customer inquiries related to credit and payments• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action for collection of delinquent payments• Pulling reports from our internal system to provide proof for chargeback disputes• Using software applications such as Adobe and Great Plains to update forms and duplicate processes• Assisting in the write off process and pull/cancellation process when needed• Utilizing accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to perform accounting functions and check processing efficiently• Working collaboratively with a team to manage over 1,000 chargebacks on a monthly basis• Leveraging problem-solving skills to work through complex chargeback situations.
