We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for our team located in HUNT VALLEY, Maryland. This role is essential to our finance department and will involve processing transactions with an emphasis on accuracy, validity, and timeliness. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Accurately scan and enter payments for residential and commercial transactions• Prepare cash deposits• Manage the processing of charges and credits• Handle the processing of referral checks and miscellaneous check requests• Maintain commercial tenant ledgers and verify lease abstracts and related documents• Prepare reconciliations and complete monthly billing reviews• Perform other related duties as assigned• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, Cash Activity, Check Processing, Yardi, Post Payments, and Account Reconciliation.
