Handle scanning, filing, and printing duties
Cover the front desk as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors
Distribute mail within the organization accurately and timely
Utilize Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to complete tasks
Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as necessary.
Requirements
