We are in search of a diligent Administrative Assistant to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including processing and managing documents, supporting telecommuting staff, coordinating equipment returns, and creating regular reports. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is essential to maintaining the efficiency and organization of our operations.Responsibilities:• Efficiently process and manage various administrative tasks.• Produce weekly Excel reports for state partner.• Capture and record meeting minutes on a weekly basis.• Manage the ordering and distribution of staff supplies.• Support telecommuting staff with their administrative needs.• Coordinate the return of equipment at the end of contracts.• Create PowerPoint templates for recurring monthly meetings.• Provide administrative support for office building requirements.• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to accomplish tasks.• Take effective notes that could serve as legal references.
